Can a pro explain to me this concept; progression for players; and can one know about the progression while a player is still in school? There is also the issue of a player having high progression only for the player to drop the next season. |

Knowing a player's progression while in school? Yes. It does not decrease,unless you promoted prematurely(i.e before the yellow P appears),or you left a promotion bound player(19years of age i.e when the red P appears) in your junior squad. He loses 1prog point everyday he stays there. It is safe to promote when the yellow P appears. |

Does red P appears right at the beginning of the season when player is 19, or let's say after one week of that season? If it is immediately, does it mean that player has to be promoted when he is 18? |

If it is immediately, does it mean that player has to be promoted when he is 18? it is usually the first night after the server comes back up and turns 19 he gets the dreaded red P but 2 or 3 seasons ago all the 19yos had red P and lost one prog point as soon as the server came back up |
