Generally the hostile time can vary from 24 hrs + X. This X can be a few seconds, a few minutes or a few hours. Each hostile has a random clock.

For example: You want to hostile a player that I purchased today at 10:00 am. You need to wait till tomorrow 10:00 am to hostile it. There is a possibility that you may not be able to hostile the player at exact 10:00 am tomorrow and you may need to keep trying.


As for number of hostiles in a day, there is no limit to it. But you should not hostile managers repeatedly to make their teams weak especially if that happens to be your next opponent.
