To beat different styles of opposition, you must create and experiment with different advanced formations and tactical sets. The more you study these setups and come to understand how the simulator reacts to such changes in them, the better you will be able to negotiate such opposition. There is no fail safe way to beat any style of play and even beating different offside traps can require quite different strategies. Instead, you must tailor your formations to each one and try to exploit their flaws as best you can. Playing with basic formations won't get you anywhere. I would suggest you watch some games from the first division and try to emulate them. |
