What chance have you got when someone has a 15 year old junior rated 61 already? 21/02/2014 22:00

Best scorer
I had a 15 year old end last season at 71. That's how. Good high prog juniors trained everyday of every season with a high percentage coach. 21/02/2014 23:04

You need a 99% coach and youth coach. It took me a while to find but if you can get them above 89% to start, and you will either have to use golden balls or pay for courses to get them to that level. Motivation is also key in training players too. When training youths it is best to concentrate on 1 position only, the youth league table dont really matter, you get nowt for winning it. 22/02/2014 11:17

I have been promoting my Youth players to the first team occasionally to boost motivation. Hopefully this helps? 22/02/2014 13:41

Think best time to promote juniors is tuesday not sure if that is after or before saturday match time though. If you are in a private league that is.

Improving dressing rooms also helps improve motivation a little too.
