 The manager who brought this question here is also at fault.to be honest,he shouldn't have hostile or buy the player without seeing the prevision of the player(now he is doubting the player prog).

No one is getting punished until we know the prog and fc. If he cannot prove it the label is wrong we will do nothing about it. Its a gamble he took and he has to stay with it. 		25/02/2014 19:55

How can I prove it when the thing between the quotes was reset as soon as I bought him?
That is exactly why I ask this question. I don't mind spending GBs to open the forecast, but that is the thing that bothers me. His details that were between the quotations were reseted when I've purchased the player.

Fiscals can see all the labels of a player even after the sale has gone through. It helps us identify the manager who named the player in the first place.
So go ahead and forecast the player and check.

But do remember what @illex said. At times the forecast of a player drops by a few points depending on the coach %. The forecast may not be exactly 92 but can be anywhere between 87-92 depending on how good your coach is. In such cases we do not fine the manager either since due to the difference in the % you see a lower forecast. As soon as you start improving your coach and train the player the forecast also increases.
