YOUTH 1.- My junior coach has 99%. 2.- I train only forwards (LF/CF/RF) 3.- Schedule: 1. Shots on goal x2 2. Attacking headers x2 3. Sprint x2 4. Beating markers x2 5. Dribbling x2 6. Shots on goal x2 7. Sprint x2 8. Hi all. Looking for a senior midfield trainer to train this guy http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=13830060 1. 90+ coach 2. xIM 3. Any sensible mid schedule but prefer xIMs only (ie no sprinting) 4. Prob be 84 by start of next season 5. 7/7 days please Would prefer to loan to a lower div where he'll help the team out and start most games. Don't worry, I'll resign on lower wages. Youth 1. Youth coach 99% rating 2. Train LF/CF/RF 3. Training 2x Shots 2x Sprint 2x Attack Header 2x Beat Markers 2x Shots 2x Sprint 2x Dribble 4. No real preference for player in return, but would prefer higher progression. 5. Will train 7/7. Will guarantee loan player a spot as substitute on bench with rotational starting at least 2 times per week. 6. I do not have any references besides my own players on my junior squad currently. I just switched this season from training GK to forwards. I have a high progression Junior GK that I would like trained for next season and will train your player in exchange. I am loaning out this lad as senior DFM http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=13869878 84avg at begining of the season. 1. Required coach rating: 95-99% 2. DFM 3. Required training -indepth paas 2x - ball control 2x - clearance 1x - tackling 1x - running 1x 4.
