You have a few options: 1) hire and fire a coach. This will cost you money but each time you hire a coach, a new one is added. 2) wait and keep checking, essentially waiting for someone else to hire a new coach 3) spend a tremendous about of GB's to increase that coach. 100 GB's for a degree = 2% increase. There is no limit to the number of degrees (despite the help file saying 5 max) 4) spend an even more tremendous amount of cash on courses. the cost increases with the number of courses and courses only offer a 1% increase. Most managers use option 1 to get a 80's or high 80's coach and then use GB's to increase to 99% |
