If I promote a 17 year old player with the yellow P now, will his development be same if he remains in the junior team for one more season? The condition is that the training for both senior and juniors are the same | 20/03/2014 15:26 |

The condition is that the training for both senior and juniors are the same The reason someone would keep a player in juniors if they're both getting the same training is that the junior can get 100% motivation every game, where he might not start every game in seniors (it's almost impossible to play a senior 100% motivation 7 days a week). The advantage to being in the senior team though is that he will pick up experience. If the player is better than what you have at that position and training is the same, I'd promote him. However since the new season isn't far away, I'd wait till next season starts, use his two temp promotions and then permanently promote him. |

Also to add, if your coaches are different % then he will train differently. Higher the better of course  |
