On the one hand, that's why you are the manager of your team; you get to make these kind of decisions without interference, because you know what you'd love your team to be like. On the other hand, what determines his readiness is his average/age factor. A 14 years old junior will be ripe for the senior team immediately he hits the 80% average mark.
