Hey everyone, I've read about it a million times but somehow I always seem to forget. Can anyone explain to me how much a masters degree improves your member of staff? Also what would everyone say the best thing that they have spent GB on? | 23/05/2014 17:37 |

Hi man. I can tell you that master degree with 100 GB improves your member of staff for 2%. And for me that is the best thing for spending GB's. I bought 5 master degrees for my coaches and have 2 more to go  |

I also spend my GBs on 2 other things - Improving my stadium faster finding high prog juniors on auction The steps to getting high prog juniors: 1- Do a GB search, prog over 80/85, make sure on auction = yes, max age = 15, max release clause = 5 mil Why? Well, if you've ever done a high prog search, you'll know that a ton of your results come back useless, as the managers are usually low experience and you cannot hostile their players anyways. On Auction = yes eliminates that problem. 2- Some of these people will NOT know they have a high prog player. In these cases, start bidding!! 3- refer back to the list ofter (save it for 1-2 weeks) and hostile the players that are not re-signed and a good deal! I've gotten so many good players this way!! I hope you do too |

Thanks guys, I dont really buy GB but I always find myself with them lying about after each season! I think I have a 98% coach now because I placed a Hall of Fame member in a coaching role so it might be a good idea to get that to 100%! Also, the search idea you suggested Sambizzy sounds like a really good idea, I have 4 schools already and my juniours are always full to the max but getting a high prog player very cheaply can never be bad! |
