I have been training some set of players close to 2 weeks now and non them of improve in there average.. Please guys what do you thing is wrong? |

Excuse me, sir. How does one sign a high progression player? I'm having the same problem with some players too. They are young and I understand that old players don't increase after training ; only young ones do. Them being train-able is not the "ish" ,as 0.060 is also training.... My Questions are : 1. Do you think any coach lower than 85 is a Reliable coach? 2. What are the players' progressions ?,50,60,70,80? 3. What do you expect from a 77percent coach in 2weeks? 4. What position and what was the training schedule. Priceless advise: 1.Get an 85+ percent Coach... Just 7M can get you a 90percent coach .I got 89 and 91 percent coaches the same day i joined with just 1.3m+  2.Get High prog'ed Juniors 3. |

They were either of low FCs... Or prolly Promoted early (when the Yellow or Red P had not appear)...  |

I was having an 85% coach, I mistakely fire him while search more higher averade coach , I was only able to get 76%, though am still searching.. Is there any other way to get a high rank coach? |
