As for the GB, I'm pretty sure I collected the GB when my player was loaned out. That's what my GB history says, anyway.

 You may well be right, and I am misreading my GB history.
I received 50GB on 24/12/13 and one of my players was loaned out at that time and was top scorer in his league. It says on his player history that he was top scorer and has my team name next to it. I don't think one of my players was the top scorer in my league, but I cannot remember, so cannot be 100% sure. 		28/04/2014 09:08
