Your doctor doesn't always do 4 weeks, unless you have a 99% doctor, and even then you're not always guaranteed 4 weeks. The option you used was recover fast, which adds time to the doctor's ability. So this week he would have normally done 2-3, but instead he did 4. It's really only useful when you have multiple injured players or when you have a 8-9 week injury.
