can anyone figure it out :s? seems well odd to me and we need to know because when international ver starts i want to be at the top ![]() so will a few others so what do we know? hmmm well as its all in Spanish (google translate sux bad)can some kind clever by lingual's help us out ![]() youth: well temp promo is still there but i hear the junior needs to play full game and play well to gain training but whats all this infrastructure it seems if i build more training facilities i get more players trained each day? also i cant see what the attributes trained precisely each day are - it only gives overall total prg will only slowly reveal it self as players play better and more games - any news on how etc..? umm thats enough to get by others will hope add more - if they do i will edit and post in here |

main question is gonna be on building infastructure it seems the more we add on to each building the more benifits we get like hq seems important the performance centre - i placed a player in there how do u get extra slots and hows it work lol oh and i have had it translate into english a few times but been locked into just Spanish now ![]() can i not play friendly till am out of cup to complete my tutorial? The staff you hire will work very similarly to how they do here. The city you build will work to supplement these roles. More often then not, improving a building will provide you with a feature that you recognize from here already. Simply put, it's just a reorganization of features already here that are construed in a much more logical manner. Hospital Improved Doctor: More days recovered from an injured player per use. Improved Psychologist: More morale recovered per use. Improved Building: More room to treat additional injured players at once. Store/Catering Improved Store Manager/Chef: Stock items can be manufactured and produced at a faster rate. Improved Building: More stock volume can be created at one time. Senior Training Field Improved Coach: More influence of training regimes on senior players. Improved Building: More capacity for players in the senior squad. Junior Training Field Improve Youth Coach: More influence of training regimes on youth players. Improved Building: More capacity for players in each position in the youth squad. Headquarters Improved Technical Director: Search results are returned more quickly. Improved Building: Gives Technical Director more parameters to search with (age, average, position etc.). High Performance Centre (NEW FEATURE) Motivation has been removed from the game, with all players essentially training at 100% motivation. Temporary promotions are now unlimited, but do not increase the motivation a player has, or their level of training. Instead, progression has become variable over time and is derived from how many senior squad games a player plays and how well they do within them. By temporarily promoting a player, you can play them in the senior team and improve their progression. Alternatively, you can send them to the HPC for up to 120 days. Here, you can give your players an individual training schedule that is different from the result of your juniors. Improved Scout: Search results are returned more quickly. Improved Physiotherapist: More fitness is recovered per use. Improved Building: More capacity for players in the HPC training facility at once. Station Improved Station Master: Reduces the cost of maintaining your transportation routes. Improved Station: Provides transportation for greater numbers of spectators. As you improve your stadium capacity, you must improve your station to accommodate the extra volume or you will not be able to reach capacity. Parking Lot Improved Parking Security Guard: More income generated from the sale of Parking Tickets. Improved Parking Lot: Provides parking space for greater numbers of spectators. As you improve your stadium capacity, you must improve your station to accommodate the extra volume or you will lose spectators. You will also generate income from parking spaces, with more income coming from more available spaces. The implementation of the Station and Parking Lot features are much like the accessories we have in our game, except that you improve them as you build your stadium rather then as you move up divisions. i like the HPC and have immediately spent another 700k to get a 2nd slot as i see is a good way to train different positions i guess as we play we will see how best to tweek this |

Yes, the HPC is a very neat idea. I like that there are more options available for us to choose between as it brings greater planning and strategy into the game. Keep in mind that you can only send a junior into the HPC for 120 days (one season) of their careers. The entire training system is very different. There is no longer motivation for players; all players train at essentially 100% motivation, all of the time. Progression is also variable now and can be altered over time. The more game time a player has with the senior team, and the better they do, the more their progression will increase (and vice versa). An alternative to the HPC program is the implementation of unlimited temporary promotions. Where you can customize training in the HPC, you can temporarily promote and play juniors to improve their progression. |

prg is gonna be hard to figure out, when we see the 1st 2.5* prg player and better we might be able to work out a pattern for spotting high prg youth early but i doubt it :S do u think its 120 days per player in HPC over their career or will we be able to form underground cabals where we pass players between clubs to get more HPC time (i hope not) ? how often do the staff pools refresh seems like once or twice per day if u ask me ![]() Edited by superkrapper 24-05-2014 13:47 |
