You want to choose a set of positions: Defense, Mids, or Forwards. Then you want to figure out what sub set of those positions you want to train. RB/LB or RDF, LDF, CDF for defense: RIM/LIM/IM or RM/LM for mids, and LW/RW or LF/RF/CF for forwards Once you've picked a position set, then figure out a training program you want to run by using the training table here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ah_mRsFIHgwgdG85bnQxZ2kzc1ZiZlhLZkE4ekllMFE#gid=0 Typically managers go on a 7 day training rotation, so if you were doing RIM/LIM/IM, you'd want to do something incorporating as much passing and dribbling training as possible, as well as running. You'd also want to throw in some tackling and shots training as well. Once you've decided on a position, you want to search the market for 14/15 year olds that are listed with 75+ progression in their nicknames. Once you find a bunch of these in your chosen position you just train them every day and they will rather quickly gain in average. |
