Yes morale is quite important. Keep it at 99 or your players will lose average and their performance will be poor. The best position is the one that suits better your current formation, impossible to say... Anyway I think more people uses wingers than side-forwards. |

Position him in your lineup as RF and you'll know. I can explain this too. If a CF is playing out of position say for example on the wings, it is obvious he is not going to play to his full potential. Hence, his performance drops.
