When you become a very successful, popular manager, other managers/friends (with a pack) can get subscribed to your team as fans. On the other hand, If you meant supporters, the next statistical data after season ticket holders, and before your team ranking (on your team profile), they can only be increased by ascending up to higher divisions, and winning games regularly.
