If i build a normal school at Netherlands at 5M,when i'm going to upgrade it to excellent,do i need to pay a fresh 18M for excellent school upgradation in the country,or am i going to just pay 13M since i have paid 5 before. | 11/06/2014 19:07 |

I've just built one and if I remember correctly it costs 21 million. That being said, you'll have to pay 16 millions to upgrade. Yup, just checked. It was 21 million. Edited by ForzaJuve! 12-06-2014 10:43 |
