 What is the level where players always receive the P?
I thought it was age 15:65, age 16:60.... but that doesn't seem to be working right now. 		19/06/2014 03:50

 I have 3 in my youth squad that are 60 at age 16 for 3,4 days now. Is there a random time after which the auto assignment is given? 19/06/2014 14:46

i see 2 60/16 players but they are both below 60.00

one is 59.65 and the other is 59.70 so even though it shows them as 60av they are below 60.00 so not ready for promotion yet 		19/06/2014 15:00

to clarify the average shown on a player changes when it goes past .5 of the previous number so a 16yo player with 59.51av shows as 60av but he's not ready for promotion until he gets to 60.00av
