 What is the probability that I may find a 99% or even a 90+ coach? Sat the other day firing 300 coaches and the highest one I found was 89. 26 million well spent.

 LOL, keep hiring the lowest coach on the offer until you find what you need , I found a 92% in about 50 changes about 400k wasted. I don't know about a 99% though good luck

 It's quicker just to focus on one position in the coach screen rather than just hiring the cheapest because the coaches rotate in order. They start low, then high, then higher etc. If you only ever hire the cheapest coach you'll have to wait longer until it rotates to a higher rated coach and that may end up costing more. I got 92 and 90 coaches on es server in about 5 minutes and spent about 5 mil with this method. 28/06/2014 05:35

 I did that for sometime. Thats how I got 89% coach. Increased for a while and then a cheap one appeared. Probably wasn't my day. 28/06/2014 06:33

 Yeah that's right, it gets to a high point then goes low and starts over. But I think doing it that way you get to the higher level more often, and the cash balances out when it goes back to being cheap again. Anyway that's what I do 29/06/2014 05:25

 The highest coach I have ever found is 95 (that was my scout). Your going to have to train them up with GB's at one point or another if you want him 99. If you find one that was 91 or above, I would grab him and stick with it from there. 89 isn't a bad place to start either. I got mine at 87 personally.
