You have to build more of pro and vip, upgrading only standing won't get you a high revenue.i set my seat prices by viewing the supporters of my opponent.division;the higher division you are,the higher your revenue. | 30/06/2014 08:12 |

What's the formula? You are absolutely correct, although your advice is too basic to be useful. |

CloudZELL, here is what I do. Emelie has most of the right ingredients, but no ratio and no method. This is only partially helpful. Here are the ingredients in, I think, descending order of importance: - stadium seating arrangement (standing:general: pro:VIP) - Your division (can be of prime importance for some, secondary for others) - number of supporters of your opponent - number of supporters you have - number of season tickets already sold (check general seating section) - accessories level - celebrity skill points - might have missed some... In my opinion, and someone else may want to correct me, it's a lot to do with trial and error. You'll need a balanced stadium layout (mostly even across all sections) to make the best use of the trial and error method, but it should still work if you have some disparity there. The ticket income is also heavily capped by your division - there is a maximum amount you can earn in each division, so once you reach it you know you are close. Take a look at your league opponents, see how many supporters each have. As Emelie says, you'll charge more for a team with more supporters than fewer supporters when they play at your stadium. I would now aim for an opponent coming to visit soon who is roughly in the middle of that range, and set some prices. After the game, have a look at how that filled up your different sections. I would say you are looking for at least 90% capacity in all sections. - if a section filled up (make sure to add the 2 numbers in general seating), raise the price a little - the section was underfilled (below 90%) lower the price a little Repeat. If you've sold more season tickets than you should have, you'll have less control over your general ticket pricing success, and limited maximum earnings. Try to learn from this in the future. The number of supporters you have, we'll assume is constant, but can also be factored in to the trial and error method - it's an ongoing process. As for accessories and celebrity skill points, I don't think it's worth/possible factoring these in too much. Hopefully this sheds some light on how the ticket income works. Experienced managers, feel free to pull this to pieces, I just thought it was a better answer than "because of factors"! Edited by sicox86 30-06-2014 09:26 |
