Guy please elaborate, I don't seem to understand...what's standard form? 10 days? I guess you don't know how coaches work here. 73% Coach is really bad try get a higher one, to know how coach works go check tutorial section, I think you should find some help there. | 05/07/2014 18:27 |

Its simple, you want the best coach you can get. Meaning 99% Everything below 80-85% is inadequate. |

Hire and Fire low quality with lower salary so you don't go bankrupt, but I doubt you won't go bankrupt as a div6 manager  who know's you mite be in cash, give it a try, you also have to be fast about it because there are some manager watching (that was how I got a 91% jun coach) and try it at midnight when most managers are asleep  |

LOL, I wasted a good 2m to find my 90% senior coach and I had to give up on a 82% JR coach after 1.7M that should change soon though . Good luck |

and I see you have a decent players for a div 6 team but you are still not on the top of the board, and I had same porblem earlier this season and I just figured out on how to use the advance formation, you should look it up and use that as your formation and that will win you all the games in your div and may be with better players too.
