What is the impact of the effort for the game? Is it good to start the match with high effort or start with low effort and then raise it at the second half when the opponents players are tired? 03/08/2014 14:44

I'll prefer starting with a low one and switch to a little higher at 60min,then change my strikers so I can swoop through my opponent defenders who are already weak but in some cases there are some strong headed defenders who will never get tired

yea,but by 75min! his player would have almost exhausted their stamina thus you can launch your attack
+all this won't work without the aid of a good adv formation

Start with 100, and switch to 0 when you're 2 goals down.
On serious note, i will start with low and step on the high as the game progressed.
