A player must have;
1-stayed in your team for more than 4seasons.
2-mvp of your game (10mvp +)
3-best league records(top scorer,rcovery,pass etc(i dnt think he must have one) )
4-he must be 30years+

to hire someone somebody.oh! in the game? it means to hire one of your player after retirement.
