You can use existing leagues or PLs to create a new topic (not on the main forum) or even use, for example, a Div 7 forum from season 9. The latter will ensure you aren't spamming 20 people 200 times a day. Send every one the link and start something. Just make sure it's something useful and in keeping with the rules of the game. |
