I would try do a "Sicox".... IMO ,if you sell your players when promotion is sure,you would be selling them to strengthen your team for the new division ahead... [I.E as a Div.4 team, selling your RIM 75avg to get 80+avg]. If you sell your players when you are safe in a division,the reason would mostly be "Why did i not promote", in this 'Dilemma' you are to push for promotion,you then clear out for fresh blood.... This is the truest of all the points i have listed, when faced with relegation,most managers that are not financially balanced sell their players,cause their financial backing have been reduced,so high average players are sold ASAP(as soon as possible),happens more in division 2 teams relegating to division 3. My Advice,its best you sell your second team(Team b),at the end of the season then, start selling your remaining players at the start of the coming season. {Reason} : Managers tend to see players at the start of season,than any other time,cause there is a 99/100 probability that every active manager looks out for free players...Thus start your auctions @€0 Cheers.
