That's cool, thanks. Can anyone answer the bit about what attendance i can expect? My first away game attendance was 27,000 but i only have 2000 supporters? 10/09/2014 02:24

Don't care about attendance. Increase/decrease prices and try getting the maximum revenue 10/09/2014 03:27

Okay, so just to end this thread I guess. My attendance was 16,217. Roughly 10,500 @ 11£ and 5,500 @ 19£. I really didn't think that that many would come, as the game said I only had 2,000 supporters and 29 season ticket holders. Happy days! A shame I didn't make enough sandwiches (soda's, nuts) as I think I missed out on maybe as much as £30,000 based on what was said earlier about half the crowd buying something. It may seem like a lot of buttons to press, like someone else said, for what is not a massive amount of money, but then I think that if you start to think about games in that way, then really, the whole game is just pressing buttons so I don't really agree. I want to maximise the profits from each game and if all I have to do is press some buttons then that's cool. Hope this helps any fellow noobs who also had no idea how many sandwiches to make. Thanks to everyone who put in.

Worrying too much it seems. Let me just relieve you from it.

Your ticket revenue accounts for majority your income during home matches after which comes tv revenue and sponsorship. Let's say you earned 2.5 million in a single one. Comparing that to Kitchen, not even 5%, because you also spend some money making those items.

So make whatever you can from the kitchen, that will be enough for you, but keep your profits from tickets maximum. Upgrading store is more efficient than kitchen.

I am not at all worrying too much. I just asked a simple question. How many people should I expect at my first home game? It is everyone else who is complicating matters. Now I know that, because the game actually happened not because anyone here could give me a rough idea, then I can continue to do my own thing. The profit margins are actually higher in the kitchen than in the store in percentage terms, which actually makes it a more sensible investment but I'm not really interested in discussing that or getting any advice about how to prioritise my operation. I just wanted some idea of how much attendance to expect in my first home game. Which kinda happened, So the thread is kinda over now, but thanks for your input anyway. 10/09/2014 18:48

No problem, managers are here to help.

Still a hint - Store is actually more profitable than kitchen.

Store is open every day.. kitchen only functions during home games. Store is better because you need to look at revenue over time, not per event. 15/09/2014 01:39

This is correct.
I have recently upgraded to a Level 4 store selling just the basics, (keychains & flags), and in my first week at Level 4, I have made £1m.
Far easier and more profitable than catering.
