Please what is this FISCAL and ADMIN attached to some managers name? Who are they and whats their function? And how do one become one if at all it has an advantage, because I just saw a manager who is in division 6 as FISCAL... Please can someone help explaining to me? Thank you |

They rule from the shadow and no one really knows who they are. Some people say they are humans though. To become one you need to crack the code of the game and find the secret player. Once you do that, they'll contact you. |

I've sent you a PM to help with some of those questions, as for the fiscal(s) in div 6, there are some users who used to be very active fiscals who have since left the game. For some reason (probably a time thing), admin havn't got around to taking the '@' from their user names. These old fiscals come back online every now and then to see how everything is going, and usually by the time they do, their old team has become a system bot so they need to re-choose a team and start over in div 6.
