 Also to be able to release clause you should have 8000 experience points (you have that) and you could buy any player by paying his release clause from any team that has more than 8000 experience points. In addition, you cannot buy any player by paying his release clause during this week and any week preceding a new season because SM gives everyone a chance to resign his junior players before the new season starts. 27/09/2014 19:02

It's Monday midnight or Tuesday morning.
you can buy 1 player by hostile clause at that special time, then after 5h or so you would be able to hostile as much as you want.

I wanted to buy a player by paying the realese clause(the player had an realease clause at about 9.000000€) but when I chosed the salary and pressed Send it says it realease it is 900000€.WHAT IS THAT? If its okay can that manager cancel the transfer? 		28/09/2014 17:53

When you click on hire you get 3 options you can change (Offer, salary,contract length) and another option you cannot change "Release clause" (that change by itself only when you increase or decrease the salary)

The first option " Offer" is the offer you send to the manager of the player you can send 900 000€ or 9 000 000€ or in anything in between. If you choose any offer less than the actual release clause of the player (which is as you say 9M) the game will send a request offer to the manager that you offered X amount of € for his player. If the manager is satisfied with the offer he will accept if not he will reject. ( you can see your offer in Signings tab) Also you can remove your offer if you want.
If you pay put directly 9,000,000€ (which is the maximum) in offer you will buy the player by release clause (you or the other manager cannot stop the transfer)

Now the other options is salary and contract length you can choose that.

NOTE: Pay attention adjust your salary for the player very well for that the new release clause of the player (when he arrives to your team)will be higher than the 9M you paid before (you can see and compare under similar transfers other players same pos same avg and decide what release clause you will put) 		28/09/2014 18:12
