Hello! As my topic, How long can i keep the player as "ready to be promoted(red)"? Regarding the players in the junior squad this is concerning. I'm most afraid that my 95 GK will start dropping in the average. Thanks for your prompt reply! Edited by fatsebbe 07-10-2014 17:22 |

I don't think their average will stop dropping down anytime soon, however their progression drops 1 point a day, so at this point your red p players have lost about 12-14 progression points. I would promote them all immediately as they're only going to get worse and worse at training as time goes on. | 07/10/2014 17:29 |

Wow, I just noticed this when doing a forecast. I think it is so bad that there's no information about this anywhere. I need to sell my avr 95 asap. But thank you for your advice! |

Are you sure you read the FAQ? I just copied this with only progression missing. Juniors should not be promoted before a yellow "P" appears by their name and the youth coach sends you a message. Players do not have to be promoted until the yellow P turns into a red "P." When a player gets a red "P" (which only happens at the age of 19) he must be promoted ASAP. Players start to lose motivation and their morale and overall average drop significantly. |

Hello, No i've not read the FAQ. But as you mention, the progression part is missing, and that's the most important! Since motivation can just be rebuilt with the psycologists. Any idea if the progression with regain once promoted the youth player? Thanks |

Adding on to this, only forecast canbe increased that's 'if' a player receive consistent training. |
