If today's friendly, do you have mixed time based (i.e. 15min) with "any time" situation (one goal down etc.) tactics? For some users mixed time based with any time situation does not work. Pick one or the other or try time based only with time based situation (i.e. 45min 1 goal down). If it isn't any of that, delete all advanced tactics and then recreate them. That usually fixes it.
