i know it has been discussed in the past, but i think you have to do something for this. if the other manager dont train and dont use my player why shouldnt be able to take him back if we both agree? | 07/11/2014 01:13 |

You create a problem of temporary loaning. So you might have a friend in a lower div that has an important game, so you loan a high average forward to them for one game and mutually agree to loan back the player. How would you stop that? | 07/11/2014 01:27 |

i think you can face this problem with many ways.for example, a manager could loan only 3 times per seazon. so if i give to my friend a player and then i take him back, he has only 2 places left for loaned players (from another manager of course). i dont think he would "burn" a place for loaned player for only 1 or 2 important games. maybe you can face the same problem by paying some fee... for example the manager that wants his player back,he will have to pay some money or GB to do that. another way is that the managers couldnt deal anymore.... anywat..i understand the problem you described me, but i think it's a bigger problem if managers "destroying"players..... The problem of other managers "destroying" players isn't a fault of the game. It is a fault of managers not doing their homework first in terms of who they choose to loan to. Caveat emptor. Edited by @vgates 07-11-2014 05:37 |

i thought the forum "suggestions" asks to suggest any improvement we'd like to see in the game. i dont look for faults of the game.i think this suggestion is only an "improvement", to keep the game attractive. | 07/11/2014 04:43 |

You replied. It is this part of your reply I am responding to... ".i understand the problem you described me, but i think it's a bigger problem if managers "destroying"players....." I'll rephrase. A private deal between two managers that isn't followed is not a "problem" of the game that needs "improvement." It is a problem of the individual manager not choosing wisely to start with. |

Or a problem where the training manager has decided to change training irrespective of the players they have loaned to them. I can see the validity of the suggestion, but it's hard to work out. Even with a loan limit, loan market gets closed mid-season so it's not inconceivable that a manager would burn off a loan spot to help out a friend knowing they will not be loaning any more players out. If you can come up with a solid way to avoid this problem (that doesn't involve an overhaul of the existing system), I'll happily forward it to devs. The only reason I wouldn't do so beforehand is because this suggestion has be proposed and debated on this server and others many times before. @vgates i repeat that i dont find a problem to the system. that's why i proposed "mutual"loan termination. both managers have to decide it. maybe the other manager wants to give the player back too, because he wants to change his training program, or because he loan another better player for the same position.i believe this option will help both managers and make the game more fair and more attractive. to avoid loaning to a friend for an important game, i also proposed some ways. i think if mutual loan termination costs 50 or 100 GB or 50M to the manager in higher division,he will think very seriously before give his player for 1 or 2 games to his friend. maybe this is not the the right way to face the problem but there will be a way surely. maybe the devs will have a better proposal. anyway....i know this has been discussed in the past, but both me and my friends face this problem often.and it's really annoying. It's is, and like I said, very difficult to fix. Like with your proposals, you're saying that if I loan to someone in div 4, but they don't train my player and i want him back, I'll need to fork over what is basically a fine to get him back Maybe a limit on minimum days a player can be on the other team is possible before you can get it back. Still open to abuse though, and there's no guarantee the training manager will accept. Might solve some problems, but not all. It's a tough one I'm afraid. |
