 It means you can promote them from the junior squad without losing any progression. If it was a red P, then every day you don't promote them they lose 1 point of progression.

No. Players cannot move from senior team to junior team. Juniors can be temporarily promoted to senior team twice a season for 3 days each time. Or when the junior has a yellow P he can be permanently promoted to the senior team. 		07/11/2014 08:39
