I'm trying to train midfield in my youth.. OM, IM, LIM, RM.

Let me know if this makes sense
Running x2
In-Depth Passing x2
Shots on Goal x2
Dribbling
Running w the Ball
Sprint
Ball Control x2

im not a mid trainer myself but i think trying to train wide and central players together can be a mistake

but if u dont bother training sprint and sign already pacey wide mids should sort it, so u woudnt be worried about the rm

why not use rim instead?

Like wiv said, it's just too much training. You'd end up training each position a little, instead of training a few positions well. I'd pick between xIM/IM and xM. OM's are hard to train and need to be specialized too. If you want to train all of these (again I wouldn't advise it) I'd do this:

In-Depth Passing x2
Ball Control x2
Running
Sprint
Shots

It's simple and maxes out the passing and ball control training.

If you wanted to then get rid of the xM's, you could then do this and still include the OM. The OM's would be under trained, but they'd still get decent training:

In-Depth Passing x2
Ball Control x2
Running x2
Shots
Tackling
Dribbling
