axcn.ac said: I am sure that i have 50 millions at last logged in. It seems you didn't login very frequently, having nearly a month between login's Sept to Oct to Nov. It's quite possible you were in the red and the team reset. |

I have logged in on 23 Oct, and i don't think that my team was in the red, i have control my team money flow every login. And i think that the closest to the fact is the someone request the admin to reset my team, I had logged in and i still have golden balls in my account, i don't know why the admin agree to reset my team, I used two years to build my team, i hope that i can play in division one one day, but now someone just request to reset my team, then my team has been disappeared. Why someone request the admin to reset my team? It is a bugs of the game. I can't believe that my team was reseted because of that bugs. I don't want to give up this game. Would anyone can help me to rebuild my team? |

Would anyone can help me to rebuild my team? Your team was not reset by a fiscal because that would show up in the account (that fiscals can see). However, if you do not login and your team ends up consistently below 11 active players causing games to be suspended, a fiscal can reset your team. We will mail a user before that happens and give them time to login but if they do not, we can reset the team because it is unfair to the other managers. For example, lets say your team has fallen below 11 active players do to injuries. I am in a race for promotion and the difference between 2nd and 3rd place for me is goal differential. My opponent in 2nd place played you last week and scored 5 against you. You had injuries since then that put your team below 11 active players. My team is much stronger than yours and I expect to score a lot. If the match is suspended, I only receive 3 goals and I do not have the opportunity to score more like the 2nd place team did a week before in this example. It is rare that this happens, but if it does you would receive notification before a reset occurred. This makes it fair to all managers. That said, this didn't happen in this case. |
