There are only three ways for your team to reset, 1) you reset it yourself, 2) the system reset your team automatically because either you were in the red two weeks or you had not logged in for 40 days, or 3) a fiscal reset your team because of a punishment. It wasn't number 3 because I checked. So either you reset it (or you gave someone your password and they did it) or you were in the red/had not logged in for too long. Unfortunately, your team cannot be retrieved. |
