+1. You're right, I've been thinking of that. When a player strike with a nice shot and the Goalkeeper touches it, that's not an own goal. The Goal! Should be added to the player who played the Ball. ![]() SuTaGar said: Michaeljonah said: but the commentary is going the wrong way, for e.g man u vs chelsea, and the keeper of chelsea scores a goal, the comment should be ''Oh what a shame petr cech has score and own goal'' But in this sim when there's a goal shot and the GK touches the ball and is goal, the goal should be for the guy who did the shot, not for the GK, and this sim doesn't consider that. Maybe my gk just wanted to get his name up on the scoreboard? ![]() But did it even go past the line tho? To add to your point, Often in lower divisionned teams, when someone shoots for goal but it's soo soft the ball rolls just before the line, and a teammate runs and lets it in, why can't it do a direct pass rather than run and make a goal? Well anyways, that's still considered as a goal from the guy who shot the goal didn't it? When there is a shot from a very acute angle, and the striker shoots against the goalkeeper, the striker gets the credits right? This is strange... :s Edited by Ninja Smarti 29-11-2014 11:21 |

Strange?? I don't think so. What of if the player who played the ball has a nice Shot, Strength, Techniques?? Think about that! ![]() Ninja Smarti said: Maybe my gk just wanted to get his name up on the scoreboard? ![]() But did it even go past the line tho? This is strange... :s I've just looked at it closely and stuff, and what i think has happened (if you watch it from slowmotion and pause it at the right moment), the ball flew towards the goal, hit the crossbar and went down and in. Then, i heard the "woohoo" cheering from the audience, indicating a goal has been scored, and a fraction of a second late the goalkeeper touches the ball and brings it out. Technically speaking, the ball went in before the goalkeeper even touched it |
