please how do I get my coaching staff to rate 99% ? because I do not see anyone better than the one I have now in the hire option list. and the training effect on my players are very slim, please help me with information to improve | 28/11/2014 20:53 |

try harder, get a 85+ and you could speed them up to 99% by using Gbs!! |

yeah most of us with 99% coaches found a 89 one and trained up to 99 with gbs 89 is hard to find take any 85+ imo and get training if u no gbs then wait for the revolution and maybe gbs will be free |

Hi Justiceuma, Not sure why you're bothered about increasing the quality of your coaching staff... why don't you just buy some more of those bargain players you seem to be able to 'find' so easily. You bought a player for 4 million whose previous owner paid 20 million for, so that's a rather amazing bit of business there. You somehow managed to pay 10 thousand for a player who had previously cost 15 million... again, wow, lucky find huh? And if that wasn't just lucky, the other player who you bought for 700 thousand had originally cost 9 million. Amazing bit of business. My favourite one though is the player you bought for just 10 thousand that had previously cost 15 million!!! And the 8 million player purchased for 700 thousand suggests you've 'quite a knack' for digging out these bargains!!! Must've forget the 170 thousand player that had previously cost 3 million, or that rather stunning loan player that's worth near on 21 million!?!?! And you really feel you need to get your coaching staff up to 99%!?!? Why don't you just speak with your mates and buy some more stunning players. Sorry, I'm being extremely sarcastic with you. I'm not, however joking when I say, I've reported you for cheating!!!!! |

I'm not, however joking when I say, I've reported you for cheating!!!!! nah he looks clean on surface imo good purchases it wasnt the fact he payed only 4m for a 20yr old gk 56ave thats the right price it was the fact the previous sale managed to get 20m - way over the odds so very suspect - i bombed that deal and will look later or another @ will If in future you suspect a deal just bomb it and we look, it is against the rules in a loose way to have a go at someone in forum. However, in this case as u were humorous and sulkastic about it all + u didnt start a thread... anyway its all good, i think this guy might just be a nifty manager keep up the good work looking for those cheating *******s and next time bomb  |

Dude, seriously I've found and reported possibly ten last night!!! I randomly clicked on another person who left a message in another forum (after leaving the message above, as I was surprised at the audacity of someone with a team of extremely dodgy player purchases to be in a forum, although that gives you an idea of how they feel about cheating!) and I found another. This guy has a player that he bought for one twentieth of a previous price. And the player is only 24 years old, so old age is hardly the issue. And that wasn't the only player the gamer had bought at an incredible price either. I'm not just randomly suggesting someone's cheating. You only have to look at the player's history. And then if you care to, click on the gamer who sold the player (as you pointed out in your message) or a gamer or team that pops up a few times and you've found another cheater! I'm sorry but this game is absolutely full of cheating, dodgy deals. Most of the others I've messaged direct to the Admin that replied to the first one I found... and that cheater had TEN accounts running. I genuinely feel like I'm the only one who seems to spot these almost laughable cheating deals. I have to ask; is anyone actually proactively looking for cheaters? Because they're incredibly easy to spot. For example, in an auction earlier a Junior player rated just under 20 if I remember correctly was purchased for several tens of millions!?!?!? Really! Really!?!?! Does that sound like normal, honest business? Look, you can say I'm breaking the rules by pointing out someone in a forum, but as far as I'm concerned I'm doing you, the other admin staff, the developers, and every honest gamer playing this game a favour, am I not? I mean, fine, I won't point out anyone in a forum again... but you know it takes me less than five minutes to find a cheater in this game. Click on a handful of forum users, have a look at those guys with a whole team of strangely consistent players, or have a look in either of the forums... any time of the day and you'll find someone! Seriously. And it's not just in the lower leagues that you find dodgy deals. So I'm starting to think everyone involved considers it too big a task, or are genuinely concerned that you'll end up booting out too many gamers to really do something. You don't need me to find these guys. I don't understand why there are so many and how it's so easy to find them. I daren't ask what's really going on. I happen to think this is fundamentally a really excellent game, but it has one of the worst, deepest flaws I've seen in an online football management game in that it allows people to buy and sell at any cost. That's incredibly unusual for this type of game. I never entirely understood why other games did this until I played this one. This feature is an open invitation... it actively encourages people to cheat. For me the length in real time that it takes for a season to pass in this game is fine. I'm happy for a season to last one month or three... but the longer a season takes, the slower the rewards come, the more likely people are to be impatient and want to see quick results... and nothing's quicker than a network of cheats laundering virtual money buying over inflated players, or effectively handing out free players by selling them at incredibly low prices. I know I'm rocking the boat here. I'm genuinely waiting for a private message from an Admin asking that I stop reporting cheaters, because while they are being looked into when they're reported (I assume) they're not being looked into prior to gamers reporting them. As I said, I love this game, as I'm sure all the honest and probably even more the cheaters, but it's an unfair playing field right now, and let's be honest, there are honest gamers out there buying in-game credits and they're fighting a losing battle because, if they're not already, they'll end up in a league with cheaters, or meet them in a Cup, or have them in their Friendly League! I speak from experience with two of those examples, and yes, they've been reported through the correct channels. And I'm expecting these guys accounts to be closed down soon. Seriously... 'shops a handful of nice players for a cheap price tag'!?!? I know what you did. You know what you did. And I am reporting every single one of you that I find. And so far I've reported about ten or so. The first guy's account, linked to ten others was closed down. You might have managed to get away with these 'handful of nice player for a cheap price tag' but I guarantee I will now look at all the managers you've bought these 'nice players for a cheap price tag' from and if I genuinely think there's something wrong I will report it. But thanks dude, for appearing so publicly, and making me aware of your 'nice players' and I suspect even nicer managers you bought them from. Have a nice day! UPDATE; justiceuma, by the way, thanks dude for conveniently listing a group of friends. I'm just going to quickly check through their teams and see if I can't find 'a handful of nice players for a cheap price tag'... what do you think? Think I might find some? I've put the kettle on, because I'm going to have a nice cup of tea and a quiet read through a few player purchases and sales. I'll have a virtual bet with you, if I seriously can't find a single dodgy deal I will send you all the Golden Balls I have in my Striker Manager account (admittedly it's not many, but that's the best I can do, and I'm not expecting to lose them anyhow). I needed good players, so I spent hours on the transfer market, late at night surfing and hoping to find some great deals. all my transfers are clean and legal. this is not the only soccer managing website that am playing, so I understand the rules and conditions of the game. so many teams in my div. are well equipped and firing goals on me almost at will. why not check them out.... | 29/11/2014 16:10 |
