If u have paid as much as his clause the owner of the player with be noticed that his player is bought by paying the clause.He can not cancell it but he can sell it without waiting 24 hours .Whatever the player will arrive at your team after 24 hours. Cap locks is not allowed. Try and Adjust yourself. . .
