Hi everybody!! I was thinking of upgrading my stadium so get all the profit I can from the forthcoming promotion to division 5! At the moment I have a 60k seats stadium, but 36k are standing seats and 24k are general standing. I was thinking of upgrading my stadium to 24k-24k-12k and get this way 12k PRO seats. It is quite an expense for me (almost 16m!!! OMG), but I think it is an indispensable step towards higher revenues. What do you think about it? Any advices? |

Stadium is where a large majority of your steady income comes from and while it's a big investment, it pays off in the long run. In the end you want your stadium to be 36-42-42-36 (or 42-42-36-36) so getting the pro seats now certainly is a good idea. I currently make 76 from my general seats, and 104 from my pro seats, so in a season from every 6000 seat section I bring in 5m more than each of my general sections do (your profit will of course vary in lower divisions) with a lower amount of seats you can also charge a bit more as there are less seats. Your investment in each section probably won't be paid off for 2 seasons, but after that it's pure profit. Also remember to build each section one at a time, as you can immediately start selling tickets after the 1st section is done and the 2nd is being built. |

Pro seats are good profit makers for div 5 teams. So get 6000 pro first. Then either get another 6000 or upgrade 6000 standings to general. You'll be able to recover your expenses lot faster this way. |
