 I bought a youth player of 57 average.,and I mistakenly promote him. so. his average was reduce to 28. what can I do to make him increase? 20/12/2014 15:43

 Staff-psychologist you'll need to run him few times to increase his morale to 99% and that will increase his average back.

Half his prog if he starts with only 30 prog, anything else and it's a 15 prog drop.

 With 99% morale his average is his real one. So, if it is lower than 99%, you should apply the rule of proportion to extract the real value [e.g. player average with 75% morale: 35.35------his real average is (35.35*0.99)/0.75] 21/12/2014 11:00
