The Name of the Forunm is {U.M} Loaning Center of Play. . So why Make it Public? But the Situation that will arise is......? "Are we ready to loan for ourselves" OR should Outsiders be Brought to Loan Players for us. "Will Loaned Players Be trained" OR they would just be used for a Whole Season{adding 1 year to their age} without appreciation But for Me i would say Lets Make it only For {UM} members and there Should be Laws Guiding the Loaned Player. |

Let us consider it this way: By make it publicly we can generate more members. 2ndly who among us is ready 2 loan his co members his players if we don't allow outsider. Mean why I want us 2 declare it publicly. |

But to say the true if you have player for sell just put it in aution and body that need can go to SM and bid if he is lucky he may get the player but for ME my self IF We make the {U.M} LOANING MARKET OF PLAYERS General it is good and IF we make it public is the best EXAMPLE we can loan player to divion 5 and 6 but what about our divion 4 is it divion 5 or 6 that will to divion 4 we divion we need loand out to our divion 5 and div 5 loan out to divion 6 IF WE ARE DOING PUBLIC we have to be wise and make law between our self that every season EVERY member have to put atlease 1 or 2 senior and junior player in loaning market to help our self and does that wil loan them will make a promise and it wil sign by the {U:M}OFFICER before the player will be release if failin reaction to train he will be reported in {U.M} REPORTING FORUM the {U.M} can be report to SM @ Edited by FAR JOE 08-01-2015 01:19 |
