1. Would it be useful or economically justified to hire a doctor only if needed and then firing him when there are no injured players? It is some time I'm thinking about this issue 2. What's the PROs of having a high % doctor, if the recovery always need 3 days? |

I'd prefer having a decent one like 70-75%. Major injuries are rare if you're rotating your players which reduces frequency of injuries in your team. And even if they occur you don't have to search staff again. A doctor around that above % range should be sufficient for you. You can put him to work even when there's no injury, in a case if a player gets injured when the doctor is working, you could save a day or two and get your player back sooner. The quality of your doctor determines how quickly he can reduce the recovery time. The 90+ ones can reduce upto 5-6 (not sure) weeks of recovery time and can cost upto 300k per week while the lower ones(50-70) can do about 2-3 weeks and cost 50k-130k. That's why I'd recommend hiring one within 70-75 range. I have 80% doctor costing me 204k per week and reduces 3-4 weeks of injury time at a time. |
