I mentioned your forwards as they are very very good, so if @vgates can come close to containing them with his B team he's done a very good job. It was also so he knew he hadn't really played you on a fair pitch yet, as he has paid for every single player in his squad, whereas you, with your loan players, have not. This is meant to be a word to @vgates tactical mood board, rather than as a slur on the strategy you choose to win by. Hopefully that's cleared it up and you can stop sulking now. |

But I prefer to give praise to @vgates for doing well with what he has got. In my view he has done better. I never said it was fair or unfair to play a certain strategy, again, like your past, it's you bringing it up. You prove my point exactly, though - that, what 1bn, you have saved by not getting the squad you have on the market means you are better in other areas. Without those loaned forwards you wouldn't have such a good bunch of players in other areas. I don't care if you think I'm saying it's unfair, what matters is that what I am saying is obviously true - with 1bn less you would not have built the team you can line up with day in, day out. Esentially, your team is performing above your capabilities given the work you have done. You have both done good jobs, but in my opinion, your stock is over-inflated, whereas @vgates' stock is undervalued. If you can't grasp that aspect I am slightly worried, although knowing you, not only can you grasp that aspect, you also lecture in it, as with all other subjects.
