Firstly, get a better coach, 76% isn't great. Then, training depends on certain things. Firslty, a junior players progression and forecast. A higher progression means that players grow quicker, and a higher forecast is the extent to which they can get. Then, once youve got high progression players and a good coach, train one position in particular. It means that players in that position grow quickly and you can make money from them by selling them later on |

And how will I be making use of them Edited by Dynamicben 19-01-2015 15:18 you need to pay alot of money or golden balls to improve your coach with course or degree.. i would advise you to search for a better coach 85% and above then either do course/degree or promote someone from hall of fame. P.S: you can find course/degree if you click on staff and the on training on the upper right just above your scout |

temp promo's - done on tuesdays after your league game b4 midnight (gmt) they will return to youth team and train at 150% for 3 days thus increasing their forecast by 1-3 % each season - they have to play in the friday game (just sub them after 15mins) ofc u need 90+ coach pref 99%  |

please I leant that I can train my j.coach to become more skill by using course/degree, and I can see that using course will cost me up to 9 million but please how many percent will it improve if I train him? | 21/01/2015 08:43 |

I'm fairly sure it's one 1% Yeah its bad, its worth more just to keep trying to get a better coach through hiring and firing cheap ones |
