it could be determined by goal difference and/or increase in team quality. All of our teams can be easily boiled down to a collective number by adding the overall score of every player. So if a team gains (I don't know) 20 points from the start to the end of the season/month (whatever), then this could be considered the improvement difference of the team over those in the same division. This way, in theory, the 'Best Manager' needn't be someone at the top of their league, but the team that has improved his team and/or win quality. It would be a little added extra and incentive for performing well. Encouraging people to improve is a nice idea. | 11/02/2015 22:04 |
