That's a feature called maximum bid. You place a bid say 1 million and a maximum bid of 5 million. Then another user bids 1,010,000, your bid will automatically be at the top of it (1,020,000). So if the other guy makes his maximum bid of 4 million, the highest bid still belongs to you at 4,010,000. Goes on until he makes his max bid> your max bid. Once his bid surpasses your max bid, he becomes the highest bidder in the auction. And nothing can be done regarding this except you going and reading game tutorials. |
