Do always try To temporary promote juniors on Tuesday just 40 minutes after the usual time of league matches...this way you maximize the benefits from promotion: your juniors will come back to jteam and will have three days with 160% motivation if you start them(sub them after 15 minutes, it is enough) in Friday league match.
