Why is my home game revenue decreasing with time? am I the only one? I haven't changed the prices of my stadium seats since the beginning of the season and i noticed that the revenue is decreasing. I'm first in my league and i have good winning streaks come and go. Also, if I remember correctly 2 seasons ago (before i promoted to div3), I used to get over 8M in every home game in div4 using the same prices. Now very few games have 8M+ revenues. Probably the games i lost in div3 decreased the number of my supporters that's why i don't get many above 8M but that doesn't explain why the revenue is decreasing in the current season. P.S: I'm counting the revenue without the Season ticket holders, as they show up in simulation. Any suggestions and help? |

Ticket revenues widely varies depending on the number of your supporters, on the number of the supporters of your opponent, on the ranking of your team (not your league position) and the ranking of your opponent. Then, the ranking difference between you two is very important, so you should also consider the fact than the teams of you current league are not well ranked. They could be all "new teams", so low ranking and low supporters | 01/03/2015 13:51 |

You don't need to use the "optimize" GB button to get the best revenue/attendance at your stadium. 42-42-36-36 is OK, I've always heard and gone with 36-42-42-36 but I suppose that's stylistic also. You should be decreasing / increasing prices after each game based on attendance. If you get 156k in the stadium, prices are too low.. as well, you should decrease the price of each seat as needed to get within only 750-1000 empty seats per section. Thus your attendance low each year should be above 152k. People = profit.. |

Yes buckeye is right, an attendance of 90-95% of the capacity is what gives you the highest revenues and the GB button does exactly this. Setting your ticket prices at the beginning of the year is a highly inefficient way of dealing with ticket pricesprices, if you do so. I personally built an excel file to help myself to manage this stuff |

42-42-36-36 and 36-42-42-36 are almost the same.. that's not my problem. "optimize" button will increase the revenue by much but my same issue would persist: the revenue would increase probably to 10M per game but will decrease with time as it is doing now. I've been in div 4 for more than 3 seasons and i modified the prices many times that i am sure my prices for seats are good. Nothing implies that if i modify my prices frequently or weekly that it would increase my overall revenue. I'm not saying that the revenues and number of supporters should be always the same but it should increase and decrease in some games. Mine are always decreasing. :/ |
