It will probably cost a little more than that, but you can save yourself some money by buying 18-19 yo players 80-85 average with ~90 prog in positions you need and find trustworthy people to train them for you. Pro tip: keep loaning them out until they only increase 1 average point in a season. Don't be tempted to keep them too early, you'll only regret it later |

worth noting you might not see best returns on youth investments unless your coach is 90+ and correct training given, also prices can change massively over 3-4 seasons it takes to train fully so not always a sure thing | 13/03/2015 18:24 |

@practicesquad, what's the idea behind *wanting* only a 1 point increase per season? And why wouldn't a coach want to keep them early on? |

He is saying taking your player at 89av and not training him again is tempting but loaning him again and waiting 2 more seasons for a 93-94 av player is better in the long run |
